1. Daily monitoring of line efficiency by checking the line output versus the line quota; 2. Conduct Time and Motion study in production work processes to determine the Standard Allowable Minutes (SAM) for the operation; 3. Ensure that the standard operating procedures are being followed correctly by the production department; 4. Ensure that the production forms are circulated and properly filled out by assigned responsible persons; 5. Review production information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing which includes, but is not limited to, production schedules, process flows, and engineering specs; 6. Conforms with all the company’s rules & regulations; 7. Maintains cleanliness & orderliness in the company; 8. Practice 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety); 9. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the top management 10. Check operation breakdown along with the standard/existing price; 11. Evaluate and approve the result of TMS; 12. Ensure that all running styles have issued tickets; 13. Check and audit payroll output to be submitted to IE Head. 14. Ensure that all required documents for approval/signature will be processed immediately to avoid in production and payroll; 15. Generate machine downtime report and operator’s efficiency report (daily, weekly, monthly); 16. Evaluate and monitor production samples with respect to operation simplification.
