job description

1. Responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers; 2. Responsible for performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs; 3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; 4. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors; 5. Responsible for making products samples request in coordination with Brand Manager and Merchandiser prior to client product sampling; 6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction; 7. Responsible for countering and collection in coordination with assigned Accounting Personnel; 8. Ensure on-time deliveries of purchased orders in coordination with the Brand Manager; 9. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; 10. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports; 11. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services; 12. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends; 13. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 14. Ensure that all handled accounts have sufficient store inventory level; 15. Ensure that all handled accounts comply with standard product display set by the visual merchandiser; 16. Coordinate manpower concerns to Agency and HR for unresolved grievances (attendance, performance, alike); 17. Conducts daily store visits to handle accounts and potential clients;
