Create business value through technology. Strategic planning of business growth objectives. Support business goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution. Ensure tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals. Working closely with Vice-President, President and Chairman to align IT processes and procedures with overall business goals, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and performance through the adoption of improved technologies. Oversee the development of customer service platforms. Manage IT and development team personnel. Information risk management (IRM). Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards. Develop and approve technology futures and budgets; manage enterprise-wide IT budgets.
