1. Prepare and check payroll (NCM and Chelsons) • Gather information on hours worked for each employee • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions etc. • Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc. • Print out of payslips 2. Prepare SL/VL computation 3. Prepare and compute SSS Sickness and Maternity benefits 4. Prepare and compute 13th month and bonuses of employees 5. Prepare and compute employee separation pay for resigned employee 6. Prepare and compute all CBA payables 7. In charge of OS book of employees 8. Prepare payment for government 9. Preparation of payment for government – household employees
