• BS in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture Graduate • At least with knowledge and Experience in Project Quantity Estimation and Billing, Construction Project Management • At least three (3) years in the construction as Project Engineer. • With experience in cost estimation. • Computer literate with knowledge in AUTOCADD, MS OFFICE, email. • Knowledge in Primavera is an advantage. • Must have knowledge in fit-out, repair works (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). • With good communication skills • Systematic, Flexible & Keen Observer • With anticipation & Ability to convince • Ability to resolve problems
