POSITION: TREASURY OFFICER Responsible in attaining Accounting Dept.’s goal of accurate, complete, and timely recording and reporting of inventory transactions and cost of sales by ensuring that all transactions are recorded and posted in the company’s Accounting Information System. He/she acts as integrator of all inventories and cost of sales data from all branches. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports for periodic inventory count. Duties & Responsibilities: * Financial Management - Protect, secure and control cash and cash equivalents in the Head Office * Treasury Officer Functions - Lead Treasury Staffs towards attainment of departmental goals. Organize workloads and projects, and set work schedules. Establish controls for the company and within Treasury Department Review and approve outputs of staffs and company document. - Coordinate with Finance Officer with regards to requirement for funds based on processed request for payment, and recurring spending - Manage checks by controlling inventory, accounting of series of unused, issued, cleared, outstanding, staled, and cancelled. - Manage release of checks to ensure orderliness - Monitors and tracks collections - Ensures adequate controls on treasury items are in place in the HO Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy, CPA is preferred. * At least 5 year(s) experience in treasury, credit and collection function. * Preferably with 2yrs & up experienced as Treasury Supervisor * Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque City * Full-time position available.
