Responsible in multiple areas of Ecommerce operation focuses on order fulfillment, Inventory Management, delivery scheduling and booking and other task assigned by Ecommerce Head. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day order processing of all e-commerce in-house or external platform. From printing the order up to monitoring if all order is dispatch based on schedule. • Monitor, manage and ensures e-commerce store inventory is updated regularly, once a week or as needs arise. • Continually monitor product listings for any errors or updates for new product information. Including updating the listings based on stocks and new arrivals. • Responsible on preparing and scheduling the deliveries including booking to company’s partner 3PL and providing information to Dispatching Department for preparation. • Work cooperatively with different departments to ensure that the operation is handled properly and to coordinate all logistics aspects for fast and timely delivery. • Handle Material Requisition for all the packaging needs for online order. • Contribute to the work of team as required, including data entry and checking, problem solving, producing reports and presentations or any task that is relevant to the job.
