BASIC FUNCTION Manage assigned accounts and achieve Sales targets set by the management. Provides plan of action & direction for the Institution Sales department. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES> Monitor the day to day operation of the department from sampling to order processing & delivery> Review regularly the sales performance of all Agents and see to it that targets are met> Plan with Sales agents their geographical route (daily itineraries and provincial trips)> Communicate with Merchandising & Warehouse for product update(“What to Sell”) > Set schedule for trade courtesy call with clients to protect market standing and help create a positive business growth> Check outstanding account receivables per agent> Work with Accounting department to facilitate processing of Agents commission> Develop marketing initiatives (i.e. Events, Promotions, etc.) together with Marketing Officer> Study & plan with Visual artist new area development> Monitors team's performance and motivating them to reach targets> Collect customer feedback and market research> Coordinate with Merchandisers to ensure that the desired product specs are being met> Prepare price quotations and ensure that the costings are updated > Process P.O given by sales representatives and ensure all the necessary attachments, prices and details are complete.> Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
