JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure that shipping documents are provided properly and on time - Assist in handling consumption and transshipment entries - Ensure internal and external requirement are completed timely and accurately - Adhere to the guidelines and procedures set by each department in execution of task in accordance with the company's operating procedures - Ensure that handled accounts are properly taken care of from receiving of shipping documents, processing at the customs and releasing, delivery and preparation of billings - Assist clients in the necessary requirements needed in importation - Create transaction profile and attach client's shipment status report per transaction - Check shipping details compute duties and taxes and send to client for their approval - Request cash advance for shipping line charges - Prepare complete set of document for customs processing - Monitor and record shipment status from its processing period up to delivery to the client - Other tasks that the Department Head may delegate SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration; Licensed Customs Brokers shall be highly regarded - With at least 1 year of relevant work experience; being a Declarant is an advantage - Excellent oral and written communication - Computer literate - Meticulous - Personable and hard working - Amenable to report to Makati Office
