BASIC FUNCTION Handles the agents commission, issuance of credit memo, marketing expense, debit memo and employee deductions PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Issues Credit Memo, Marketing Expense, POAS (outright), Debit Memos, Authority to Deduct (ATD), PUAS. > Audits agents commission by checking validity and completeness of collection receipts subject for commission, and supporting documents. > Prepare summary computation of the agents commission. > Monitor deductions such as marketing expense, sales return, rebates, and etc from the collected sales. > Generate monthly summary report of Credit memos, Marketing Expense, Debit Memos, POAS, and ATD. > Other Accounting tasks assigned > BS Accountancy graduate
