PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide basic first aid to all employees through BP monitoring, wound cleaning and issuance of proper medicine. 2. Evaluating employee’s health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions. 3. Maintaining employee health records for progress monitoring. 4. Conduct regular inspection of work areas and equipment used by the employees for safety compliance. 5. Generate regular reports on safety conditions in the workplace for submission to the Health & Safety Chairman. 6. Educate employees on preventive measures against occupational hazards. 7. Promote healthy living and working conditions through continuous Health Programs. 8. Provide counseling and health support to all employees. 10. Assist/accompany sick employees to the clinic or hospital as needed. 11. Ensure all accidents were properly logged for monitoring and audit purposes.
